M16 VIPER GOES to HOLLYWOOD

March, 2007:   The DEA's Taskforce, Group Three (Albuquerque, New Mexico) was tasked by DOJ to offer Technical Advisors
to Sony Production's filming of the upcoming TV Pilot "Breaking Bad";    directed by Vince Gilligan of X Files Director/Producer Fame.

Vince was so taken by the DEA Task Force agent's M16 Viper(Vince in red hat, picture below), he asked for six more Vipers.
Director Gilligan wanted the six Vipers for the scene depicting DEA Entry team taking down a meth lab.

Greg Leaf's contribution of M16 Vipers for the "Breaking Bad" pilot resulted in Director Gilligan graciously
listing Greg Leaf in the Production Credits as the set's "Exotic Weapons Designer".
